These terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases through our online store. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Products
Product descriptions explain the features and specifications of our goods. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, but goods must match their description.
Follow the product’s instructions and stated usage limits. The SitBag’s stated maximum load is 100kg. Do not exceed this limit or use the product if its frame or mechanism is damaged.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Any delivery charge will be displayed before you place your order.
Discount conditions will be shown with the relevant offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding. You can choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge you more without your agreement.
Orders
Please check your order and delivery details before submitting them.
An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. Your purchase contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has dispatched.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and estimated times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
We remain responsible for the goods until you or someone you nominate receives them, unless you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Your cancellation rights, return arrangements and refund times are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Our additional manufacturing-fault guarantee does not replace or limit your statutory rights. Those rights may continue after the guarantee ends.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
Personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Changes and disputes
The terms in force when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not alter existing orders.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. You retain your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
