Return and Refund Policy

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

To cancel, use the contact form on our website or write to the address below. Include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need our approval to exercise your cancellation rights.

If your order has already dispatched, you can still cancel and return it.

Change-of-mind returns

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. Keep proof of postage. Tracked delivery is recommended but not compulsory.

Refunds

For cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds go to your original payment method, without a refund fee. We also refund any standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery amount.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is incorrect. Include your order details and a description of the problem.

You normally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After that, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, where the law provides, a price reduction or refund.

We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us to arrange the return.

Our additional 30-day manufacturing-fault guarantee

Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults in the frame, stitching or mechanism for 30 days from delivery. For a replacement under this additional guarantee, provide a photo or video showing the fault.

Damage caused by misuse or exceeding the stated 100kg load limit is excluded from this additional guarantee. Photo/video requirements do not prevent you from exercising your statutory rights.

This policy and our additional guarantee do not limit your statutory consumer rights. Those rights may continue after the guarantee ends
