Delivery areas and cost

We offer free standard tracked delivery to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver outside the UK or to BFPO addresses.

There is no minimum order value for free shipping.

Estimated delivery time

We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days of your order being placed, including processing time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Processing, customs and courier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Tracking details will be provided once your order has dispatched and tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly through our website’s contact form. We will try to update the address, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us through our website’s contact form with your order number.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate, unless you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

Your rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your rights if delivery is late or goods are lost or damaged.
